During my Easter visit, I found a hotel that offered excellent customer service. the staff was hospitable and friendly, greeting us with a warm smile. the best aspect of the hotel was the comfortable beds and the cleanliness of the room. We were also impressed by the convenience of the location, placing us within walking distance of restaurants and local shops. the free Wi-Fi provided was fast, allowing me to stay connected with family and friends.

the continental breakfast was advertised on their website, but when we arrived, there was no breakfast provided.

Staying close to the vibrant restaurant strip made my backpacking trip amazing. the hotel is perfectly located near so many amazing restaurants. the staff members were extremely helpful and friendly, particularly Stefanie and Hermis. the breakfast is always fresh, featuring scrambled eggs and delicious varieties of fruits. the room and the bathroom were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. the hot shower was a great way to relax after a tiring day.

The hotel lacked cross ventilation in some parts which made it a little stuffy.

The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. The room had cross ventilation and was clean. The location was convenient for exploring the historic center. The shower had warm water and good pressure. Breakfast was individually prepared with fresh-cooked eggs.

There was nothing I didn't like.

During our romantic getaway, we had a great experience at our hotel. The friendly staff provided exceptional service and the room was very clean and cozy. We also enjoyed the convenient location that allowed us to easily explore the nearby historical attractions and enjoy the vibrant nightlife. One of the best things about our stay was the delicious breakfast that was included with our room.

The noise level in our room. We could hear the street noise and people passing by the hotel throughout the night, which made it difficult to rest.
